2、Problems in the process of sesame screening and grading

Due to the extremely small size differences – thin, wrinkled and plump sesame seeds are almost exactly the same in size – it is difficult to select the appropriate round-hole screen and grooved screen.

● Air flow matching problem:

If the air flow is insufficient, dust and lightweight shells will not be effectively blown away; conversely, if the air flow is too strong, the plump sesame seeds may also be blown away together, resulting in loss of raw materials. Therefore, the air flow speed and negative pressure value must be precisely matched.

● Severe dust pollution:

The sesame seeds contain a large amount of fine soil particles and fluffy dust. If the dust removal work is not done properly, the workshop will be filled with suspended dust. This not only damages the production environment but also causes the dust to easily adhere to the surface of the sesame seeds, making it difficult to completely remove these dust particles during the subsequent cleaning process.
