Product Workflow
● Precise weighing sensing
When the material falls into the weighing hopper, the weighing sensor collects the weight signal in real time and transmits it to the intelligent control instrument. It then compares the actual weight with the set target weight in real time.
● Automatic discharge with bagging
When the standard weight is reached, the control system closes the feed door, and the hopper door automatically opens to discharge the material. An operator or an automatic bagging device catches the material, closes the door automatically after the discharge is completed, and enters the next cycle of conveying and sewing bagging.
● Conveyor bagging
After the filling process is completed, the belt conveyor automatically transports the packaged bags to the sewing machine, completing the sewing and pre-packaging procedures.
