The gravity separator is a device that sorts materials by utilizing the difference in specific gravity between the granular material and its impurities..It efficiently removes blighted seed, budding seed, damaged seed,injured seed, rotten seed, deteriorated seed, moldy seed, non-viable seed, from legumes, grains, and seeds, and is widely utilized in the processing of grains, legumes, and seeds.

During operation, the material is primarily subjected to two forces: airflow and vibratory friction. Under the influence of the airflow, the material enters a state of suspension; simultaneously, the vibratory friction causes the suspended material to stratify, with lighter particles rising to the top and heavier particles settling at the bottom. Finally, the vibration of the specific gravity table causes the lighter impurities in the upper layer to flow downward, while the heavier finished product in the lower layer moves upward, thereby completing the separation of the material from the impurities.
