PLC control intelligent grains cleaner Taobo brand with biggest capacity for different grains and beans exporters. Taobo brand PLC Control Intelligent grains cleaner which is a new designed with bigger capacity higher impurity, Our seed cleaner equipped the Siemens Control system which can operate the machine through touch screen; with the big gravity table size in 2300mm*2300mm, seed cleaner capacity in 15T/H for sesame cleaning and 30T/H for soybean cleaning pulses cleaning maize cleaning. The cleaner is combined the air screen functions system and the gravity table system equipped enclosed design for the environment protecting and dust collecting system.

PLC Control Screen and One-touch control;

We used PLC system to control the whole machine, Cleaner can start working with one click. Using Siemens touch screen control, you can simply control cleaner pro,the system can feedback of whatever happens during the grains cleaning machine running.

Dust collecting system designed

During the operation of our cleaning machine—specifically from the initial feeding stage via the bucket elevator—dust is inevitably generated. To address this, we have incorporated a dedicated dust extraction system designed to function precisely during the feeding process. Furthermore, as the material passes through the grading screen, seed cleaner ensures a completely enclosed environment, preventing any dust leakage. The properly graded material then proceeds to the gravity separator; consequently, we have designed the gravity separator to be fully enclosed within a dust hood. A dust extraction fan draws the airborne dust away, channeling it through a cyclone separator. Throughout the entire material flow within the cleaning machine, we guarantee a dust-free working environment, thereby safeguarding the safety of the workers. Our machine is not only highly efficient but also achieves energy savings through the integration of Siemens control systems, while the specialized dust extraction design ensures an environmentally friendly and sustainable operation..

The sieves it can be changed as the clients size , The gravity table also can be changed , It depends on what material going to be cleaned . When change to different material cleaning ,You can chose the correct parameters in the  PLC system , So that it can make work more easily automatically switch to the required volume and parameters.
