5TB-25SAir Screen Cleaner with Gravity Table is the mulit funtions machine including air screen,sieves,gravity table for removing different impurities to improve the purity.

Air screen can remove light impurities such as dust, leaves, some sticks, The vibrating box can remove small impurity. Then gravity table can remove some light impurities such as sticks, shells, insect bitten seeds. the back half screen remove bigger and smaller impurities again. And This machine can separate the stone with different size of the grain/seed, This is the whole flow processing when the cleaner with gravity table working.

This is a commonly used comprehensive grain cleaning machine. It is also called a sesame cleaning machine, a bean cleaning machine. The machine can use for different grain and seeds,like sesame,soybean,wheat,maize,green mung  bean , faxseed, chickpeas , sorghum , etc.

Compare with the air screen cleaner , this machine have one more function : gravity table—-gravty separator . this function will help the owner to remove the moldy seeds , sticks and other light impurities in one machine . This function can never done by the air screen cleaner . Because these impurities may be same size with the good seeds .

When use hte machine , The raw grain go to machine by elevator . It will go through the vertical air screen cleaner which will remove the dust and light impurities ;

Then the grain will go to the small vibration box which got two layers can remove the big and small impurities;

After that the grain will go to the gravity table which can remove the small sticks,lighted,moldy and insected grain;

Finally it will go to the half back sieves which can remove the big and small impurities again.

Regarding the capacity , this machine can clean 8-10 tons of corn, wheat and other materials per hour. For more difficult materials, such as sesame, it can reach 5 tons per hour. This allows customers to get 2-3 containers or trucks of products every day, which is a very suitable number.

With this machine, you can basically get grains with a purity of more than 99%. This is sufficient for customers who do not require very fine processing.
